The Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) requires the supply and installation of Security Equipment and Construction Committee (SCEC) Endorsed Shredders, Disintegrators and Degaussers on an ad hoc basis. DIBP will also require consumables, parts, repairs and maintenance services for this equipment.

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) supervises this Panel on behalf of DIBP on a day to day basis.  JLL is DIBP’s Property Management Services (PMS) supplier and operates the Property Service Centre (PSC) that is responsible for the day to management of the services under the Panel.   Suppliers will normally be supervised by the JLL PSC operators and DIBP’s Representative.

Being a supplier on the Panel is not a guarantee of receiving orders for equipment or work.  DIBP is not aware of any other requirement by another Commonwealth Agency for the Requirement, but wishes to facilitate procurement by any other Commonwealth department or agency in the future using the mechanisms in this RFT and the Draft Deed - see Terms and Conditions clause 32.
