The scope of services (Services) is separated into 10 different Categories of Service:

1. Strategic brand, marketing and communication services;

2. Graphic design services;

5. Accessibility review and audit services;

8.Film and video services;

9.Still photography services; and

10. Scanning and digitisation services.

Panel members may be required to provide the Services under a communication products management service provider engaged by, and acting as an agent of, a Participating Agency.
