This RFT seeks responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of IP voice and telephone equipment and associated services (the ‘services’ and/or ‘supplies’).
The AFP will be replacing its existing voice solution on an ‘as needed’ basis. Hence the AFP requires:
(a) a service provider to maintain and replace, as required, the existing Avaya environment; and
(b) a service provider to provide a replacement voice solution as the existing solution is progressively decommissioned.
Tenderers may lodge a Tender to provide services and supplies for both (a) and (b) above, or only (a) above, or only (b) above.
