Under Plan Jericho, Air Force is seeking to transform itself into an agile and adaptive fighting force fit for the information age and truly joint. An essential part of this is evolving current Air Force C2 concepts so they are effective in the complex battlespace of 2026 and in contested environments.
Subject to clause 3.3 of the conditions of registration, the Commonwealth may exclude a response from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that:
a. the response does not meet the requirements set out in clause 2.2 of the conditions of registration; or
b. the respondent has not provided a signed Declaration by Respondent in the form required at Annex B to the conditions of registration.
Study expected to commence from 1 Sep 16 to 15 Dec 16
