ABS Data Acquisition

The Commonwealth of Australia (Commonwealth) represented by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is seeking offers in response to this RFT from potential suppliers to deliver capabilities which will enable transformation of data acquisition across the ABS. The successful supplier/s will deliver capabilities to meet the system requirements as set out in this RFT (including referenced documents). Capabilities may be satisfied through a combination of software, hardware and/or technical services.

The successful Tenderer/s must be listed as a prequalified supplier for the relevant categories (and sub-categories) on the ABS Statistical Production Systems Multi-use List prior to entering into an arrangement. The relevant Categories and related sub-categories are:
Stream A: Instrument Design Tool and Test : Category A Data Acquisition sub-categories (A1, A7)
Stream B: Enhanced Digital Channels: Category A Data Acquisition sub-categories (A1, A2, A3)
Stream C: Relationship and Operations Management: Category A Data Acquisition sub-categories (A4, A5, A6, A9, A10) and Category Q Stakeholder Management sub-categories (Q1, Q2, Q3)
The ABS is seeking to Contract for an initial period of up to two years. The ABS may extend the Contract for further periods of up to two years depending on the nature of the solution offered, at ABS discretion.
