The provision of ICT service design, management and support
The Department has a number of its current IT services provided by an external managed services provider. These arrangements have been in place in various forms since 2008 and are due to expire in mid-2019.
After a recent review the Department has commenced the establishment of its future services delivery model as part of the Department's technology roadmap, where it will establish its own internal service integration capability, which will be supported by a number of key service providers in the delivery of a range of services.
This Request for Tender is specifically seeking a vendor to provide the following:
a) Design Services, which includes the delivery of a design for the establishment of the Department’s service management capability; and
b) Delivery Services, which includes the implementation and interim delivery of a range of Service Management support services.
