Invitation for Expressions of Interest for the provision of a Core Banking solution

The Reserve Bank of Australia (Reserve Bank) is issuing this Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of a Core Banking solution.
As the Services must support critical Australian Government transaction processing, it is essential that the Respondent has a substantial and proven track record in the supply, integration, implementation and support of Core Banking solutions.
The Conditions for Participation applicable to this Invitation process are that the Respondent:

Exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time;

Must not be named in a report prepared by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth); and
-
Must not have had an adverse court or tribunal decision (other than decisions under appeal) for a breach of workplace regulations law, workplace health and safety or workers’ compensation law with which the Respondent has not fully complied, or is not fully complying.
