The provision of valuation of the asset classes and reporting services to support the preparation of financial statements disclosures. Additionally provide data and reports to support the valuation of Building and Contents and the Parliament House Art Collection for insurance purposes as at 30 June during the financial years indicated in the valuation program.

The supplier must provide qualified resources in fixed assets fair valuation generally and in specialised areas such as artwork, library collection, cultural, and heritage.
The supplier must demonstrate understanding of Australian Government financial statements requirements for fixed assets
