Architectural services for the National Museum of Australia

The Museum is seeking to appoint one or more suitably qualified suppliers to deliver architectural services and related secondary professional services under a Deed of Standing Offer.
Services may be applied to a range of buildings, sites and facilities occupied by the Museum, including the National Museum of Australia building located on the Acton Peninsula in Australia's national capital Canberra.
Tenderers must demonstrate relevant previous experience in delivering architectural services related to projects of national and/or international significance for the cultural, museum or arts sector.
Nil.
The Museum will only consider tenders submitted by:
a. Single legal entities which are in existence at the Closing Time specified in paragraph 8 of the Tender document.
b. Consortia that have nominated one legal entity that will be the contracting party if the tender is successful or
c. Consortia or joint ventures that undertake to establish a separate legal entity before any contract is signed with the Museum if the tender is successful.
The Museum may reject a tender if it is submitted on the basis that two or more organisations will be jointly and severally liable.
January 2018 to January 2021 with a possibility of extension.
