Strategic Procurement Outlook
The role of the Australian Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity (ACLEI) is to assist the Integrity Commissioner, under the framework of the Law Enforcement Integrity Commissioner Act 2006.
The Integrity Commissioner has a central role in detecting and preventing corrupt conduct and in investigating corruption issues in prescribed Australian Government agencies with law enforcement functions. Those agencies are the Australian Crime Commission, the Australian Federal Police, the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC), the CrimTrac Agency, prescribed aspects of the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources and the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, including the Australian Border Force.
Procurements will be undertaken in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules. ACLEI will publish open approaches to market on AusTender and make available request documentation for download from AusTender.
This Annual Procurement Plan provides potential suppliers with an indication of likely procurements in the coming financial year to give them advance knowledge of supply requirements. The Annual Procurement Plan will be updated throughout the course of each financial year to provide information on new, deferred or deleted procurement requirements.
