Strategic Procurement Outlook

The Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) main role is to prosecute offences against Commonwealth law and to confiscate the proceeds of Commonwealth crime.  The main cases prosecuted by the CDPP involve drug importation and money laundering, offences against Corporation Act, fraud, people smuggling and terrorism.

The CDPP adheres to the principles of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPR's) when considering and undertaking procurement.  This Annual Procurement Plan provides potential suppliers with an indication of likely procurements in the coming financial year to give them advance knowledge of supply requirements.   The information described below is based on information available at the time of publication of the procurement plan and any updates to this plan will be published throughout the financial year.
