Old Parliament House is an icon of outstanding national significance, symbolising the events that shaped Australia's parliamentary democracy, and a national heritage listed building.

The agency's Annual Procurement Plan (APP) is designed to draw prospective suppliers' early attention to potential procurement opportunities with Old Parliament House. The anticipated procurements set out in the APP are expected to have an approach to market within the period nominated.

 

The information in the APP is based on the best information available at the time of publication and will be updated to maintain currency. Old Parliament House has established, or is a participant in, arrangements (including exclusive and non-exclusive agreements, as well as panel arrangements) for a wide range of goods and services. Proposed procurements through these arrangements are not included in the APP.

 

Old Parliament House conducts its procurement activities in accordance with its Accountable Authority Instructions, the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, and relevant government policies and legislation.

Old Parliament House aims to achieve value for money through its procurement activities, and encourages small business to exploit opportunities advertised on the Australian Government's business opportunities website, AusTender (www.tenders.gov.au).

Annual Procurement Plan View – Planned Procurement Status

To locate Planned Procurements with a specific status, use the drop down menu to select the status.

Each Planned Procurement has a status.  The status reflects where the Planned Procurement is in the planning or procurement lifecycle.  Planned Procurement statuses are: 

As published – unchanged since originally published

Amended – has been amended since published

To Market – converted to an ATM and has gone to the market

Withdrawn – has been withdrawn from the APP

Cancelled – has been cancelled by AusTender system administrators.  Cancelled Planned Procurements are removed from public view but are still visible to APP Publishers.
