Air Services in the Kimberley region under the Australian Government's Remote Air Services Subsidy Scheme
The Australian Government Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development wishes to engage aircraft operator(s) to provide passenger and/or freight air services to designated locations in the Kimberley region of Western Australia under the Australian Government’s Remote Air Services Subsidy (RASS) Scheme
An industry briefing will be conducted at;
Kununurra: 8.30am on 16 March 2017.

Nominations to attend the briefing are to be forwarded in writing to rasstender@infrastructure.gov.au by 5pm on 13 March 2017.
The Tenderer must hold an AOC with the required authorisations to conduct the Services in compliance with aviation safety requirements as determined by CASA, as evidenced by submission of relevant documents pursuant to paragraph 2.1 of Part A3.
If tendering for passenger services (Option A, Option B1 or where relevant under Option C in section 3.1.2 of Part A2) the Tenderer must hold an RPT AOC with the required authorisations to conduct the Services in compliance with aviation safety requirements as determined by CASA that will be issued by 1 May 2017 (one month prior to commencement date) as evidenced by submission of relevant documents pursuant to paragraph 2.1 of Part A3.The Tenderer must hold by 1 May 2017 (one month prior to the Commencement Date of the Deed) an RPT AOC with the required authorisations to conduct the Services in compliance with aviation safety requirements as determined by CASA, as evidenced by submission of relevant documents pursuant to paragraph 2.1 of Part A3.
12-month initial period, with the option to extend for additional periods of up to a further 12 months.
