Description:

The proposed procurement is for an open tender process to procure the provision of secretariat and scientific support services to support the Australian National Certification Committee for the Eradication of Poliomyelitis (NCC). The successful Supplier will assist the NCC in its duties, draft the Annual Progress Report for 2019 and, as a contract extension option, draft the Annual Progress Report for 2020 subject to performance.

Procuring secretariat and scientific support services for the NCC will ensure that the Department of Health delivers quality and independently verified annual polio progress report on time to the World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Commission for the Certification (RCC) of Poliomyelitis Eradication in the Western Pacific, and ensure that Australia maintain its polio elimination status.
