Infrastructure Managed Services and Support

This RFT seeks responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Infrastructure Managed Services and Support (the ‘services’ and/or ‘supplies’).
The AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that the Tender does not meet the following Conditions for Participation:

the Tenderer exists as a legal entity (see clause 2.3); and

the Tenderer fully complies with each of the “Mandatory” requirements in specified in Item 3 of Schedule 3 – Statement of Compliance.
The AFP will not enter into an Agreement with Service Providers who have had a judicial decision against them (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim. Tenderers are required to provide confirmation of this issue in Schedule 2 - Tenderers Details and Insurance.
