Description:

Tenders are invited for the sale of Eligible Licences for the Groundwater in accordance with the terms of the Murray-Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) "Basin Plan.

Conditions for Participation:

1. The Tenderer must exist as a legal entity.

2.The Tenderer must not submit multiple Tenders relating to the same Eligible Licence within a single Tranche Submission Period.

3. The price per megalitre for the Eligible Licence provided in a Tender must not exceed the Maximum Price per megalitre for the relevant sub-area as specified in Table 4.

4. The volume of the Eligible Licence offered must not be less than one megalitre.

All successful Tenders must be settled by 31 October 2018
