Airservices will engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to design, supply, construct and commission the delivery of a new Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting Service Station and all supporting infrastructure at the Whitsunday Coast Airport.

The following are conditions for participation for this RFT:
((a) The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tenderer’s Tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
(b) The Tenderer and any subcontractors in the Tenderer’s Tender must not be named on the Consolidated List, being the list of persons and entities who are subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans under Australian sanction laws, as maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at http://dfat.gov.au/international-relations/security/sanctions/Pages/consolidated-list.aspx.
(c) Confirmation provided that the Tenderer will comply with the National Construction Code (NCC) 2016 and the Supporting Guidelines, for Commonwealth Funding Entities dated December 2016 (Guidelines) and that at the time of lodgement they are not;
a. Precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work; or
b. Subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal and have not paid the claim.
(d) Details and evidence provided that the Tenderer is accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Scheme and / or is in the process of obtaining such accreditation and will achieve accreditation by the contract commencement date as detailed in Schedule 1 Statement of Requirement of this RFT.
If a Tenderer’s Response fails to meet the above conditions for participation for this RFT Airservices Australia will exclude the Response from further consideration.
