Contract Notices

A Contract Notice (CN) is reported on AusTender as a result of a contract being awarded by an Australian Government agency at or above the relevant reporting threshold value of $10,000 (inc. GST) for the majority of Australian Government entities. A Contract Notice displays details of the contract, including the contract period, value and the supplier.

Locate by Keyword

To locate a Contract Notice using keyword(s), enter keyword in the field.

Use the drop down menu to specify an exact phrase, any of the words or all of the words.

Locate by CN ID

If known, Enter the AusTender Contract Notice identifier (CN ID) in the field.  The CNID must contain the prefix 'CN'.

Use the calendar selectors to locate Contract Notices (CN) with a publish date, start date or end date between a specified date range.   Once you have selected a Date Type you can specify a Date Range using the calendar selectors.  The Date Range will filter Contract Notices between the specified range.

Publish date – the date the CN was published

Start date – the date the contract commenced

End date – the date the contract ceases

If known, enter the name of a supplier listed on a Contract Notice.

If known, enter the ABN of a supplier listed on a Contract Notice.  ABN filtering is an exact match so please ensure you enter the entire 11 digit ABN.

To locate Contract Notices filtered by the contract value, enter the value ranges.

Do not include the dollar ($) sign, commas (,) or any other characters. Value must be numeric only.

Filter by ATM ID

If known, enter the ATM ID linked to a Contract Notice.   The ATM ID is the identifier published on AusTender when the approach to market to establish the contract was conducted.
