Panels

Dynamic Sourcing for Panels (DS4P), is AusTender functionality that provides government buyers with a standard and streamlined approach to sourcing their goods and services from panels.

A Panel (PNL) on AusTender provides detailed information about the Panel’s approved goods and services (Panel capabilities), empaneled suppliers, participant and authorised agencies and access to Panel documents. A Panel object facilitates sourcing of goods and services from a current Panel by Panel buyers.

Buyers can identify panels that match their requirements, search for and shortlist relevant suppliers, access panel documents and templates, and run request for quote processes.

To find panels that your agency can access, select your agency and enter your search criteria. Results will be displayed where your agency is:

a Lead Agency – the owner/manager of the panel
a Participant Agency – an agency identified on a panel’s associated Standing Offer Notice as a potential user, but has yet to satisfy terms and conditions of use set by the lead agency, or
an Authorised Agency – a participant agency that has satisfied the lead agency’s terms and conditions of use. To access the detailed panel information through DS4P, your agency must be authorised by the lead agency.

Transition Period: Panel information is being published progressively by lead agencies, as their internal DS4P implementations are completed. Meantime, buyers can find panels for their agency to use by searching Standing Offer Notices and selecting the Panel Arrangement indicator.
