Provision of Consultancy Services - Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Sourcing
The objective of this RFT is to engage the services of a suitably qualified provider to develop and provide advice on options available to the Department for sourcing the core Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Services, as well as development of a procurement and transition strategy to implement the results of this sourcing. The development of the options and procurement strategy should take into consideration relevant Portfolio Agencies.
The Department requires the successful tenderer to:
a) Develop and provide advice on appropriate options for the provision of core ICT services;
b) develop an ICT Sourcing Strategy considering market capabilities in line with the Department's risk profile and business requirements;
c) provide a Project Plan to implement the proposed ICT Sourcing Strategy; and
d) provide professional skills to develop the proposed ICT Sourcing Strategy.
The Consultancy outcomes may form part of an additional approach (or approaches) to market. The successful Tenderer will be precluded from tendering for any further work resulting from this Consultancy.
