The RFT is in 2 parts, part A includes the RFT (Attachment A to D, and F) which is open - no restrictions apply, whilst part B which includes RFT Attachment E (due diligence) requires it to be restricted from public view, and the Tenderer is required to complete a Tender Registration Document which will be verified by the Airline Tender Team. A passcode will be required for a Tenderer to access these documents.
The Tenderer must have an Air Operator's Certificate or Foreign Aircraft Air Operator's Certificate, as applicable, issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia (or, where the Contractor does not operate air travel services to, from or within Australia, an equivalent certificate issued by the civil aviation regulator in the Contractor's principal place of business); and where the Contractor will provide International Travel services to, from or within Australia, an international airline licence issued by the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development
