Staff Office Network Upgrade- VSAT Upgrade
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
The Tender requirement is to obtain a complete VSAT network with necessary components for:
a) Installation
b) Delivery of IP bandwidth in support of Bureau operational requirements.
The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:
a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time
b. the Tenderer must be a signatory to the Australian Government Telecommunications Agreement (AGTA Head Agreement)
c. the Tenderer has provided supporting evidence to demonstrate its ability to comply with all requirements marked as "Mandatory".
d. the Tenderer complies with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999; and
e. the Tenderer must not be on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under Part 4 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 and the Charter of United Nations (Terrorism and Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2002.
In addition, the Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at the time of lodging its Tender, the Tenderer is:
f. precluded from Tendering for Commonwealth funded work; or
g. subject to a judicial decision relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, where the employee's claim has not been paid;
To be Confirmed- the Bureau will award a Deed of Standing Offer for a term of 3 years with an option to extend by 2x periods of 12 months.
